III. Project Description

Taking 80,000 tons of rutile fine meal produced in Shangnan as main raw material and chlorine produced by salt and chemical factory as auxiliary material, it is planned to build a project in Shahezi Industrial Park of Shangdan circular industrial economic park by stage, producing 80,000 tons of titanium tetrachloride a year which can meet the raw material demand on 20,000 tons of titanium sponge. Now, it has established the primary feasibility study report.

IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form

The total investment of the project is RMB 270 million Yuan and the cooperation form is sole investment, joint venture, shareholding or cooperation.

V. Anticipation of Market and Analysis of Investment Return

Titanium tetrachloride, the main raw material for producing titanium sponge and titanium dioxide, is widely used in chemical industry, electric industry, agricultural and military fields. After its completion, it is estimated to realize sales income of RMB 800 million Yuan, profit of RMB 393 million Yuan and tax of RMB 132 million Yuan a year.
